If the SWORD engine does not actually implement any show/hide filter for
OSISMorphSegmentation, 
might it not be preferred (in the relevant Hebrew conf files) to replace

GlobalOptionFilter=OSISMorphSegmentation

by

Feature=OSISMorphSegmentation

?
