[sword-devel] Ukrainian module copyright

Hi

I've been told that the Ukrainian version of the Bible that once happened
to be on Unbound Bible but now seems to have disappeared is actually under
Copyright, and not public domain as our .conf file suggests.

Can someone confirm? I've provisionally taken this off our site.
