I would think that these h3 should be type classed. A desktop system might want them at different size. A smartphone will be happy to have them all as small as possible.

Also, Nic's suggestion to make section headings etc anchor <a>s could be a way to allow lists of content (see below) to work properly

> <li><i>1</i>Creation of Heaven and Earth, 1:1-2:4a</li>
> <li><i>2</i>Creation of Man and Woman, 2:4b-25</li>

Right now there is no good way of marking these section headings up I think a lot of time people do want to jump to that section from a heading. And that would be nice to facilitate.
