[sword-devel] On the topic of patches to SWORD ....

There being a number of ongoing email threads about patches, it may be
convenient for programmers to be reminded of the cool feature in *xulsword*
regarding dictionary/glossary links.

The patch should be relatively simple to apply to the SWORD API, and we can
