[sword-devel] GCC 4.7 compatibility

The one in Fedora (located here
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/sword.git/tree/ or by doing a git
clone of git://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/sword.git) applies cleanly to
trunk as of about 4 commits ago without any of the other patches being
required. I haven't tested it in the past few commits to trunk.
