[sword-devel] Mid-verse section headings?

Some translations include a mid-verse section heading. 
How should these be encoded in both USFM and OSIS?
Can SWORD cope with this?

Example: In the modern Turkish translation, Acts 21 has

Example pasted from MS Word.

The section heading is *Antakya'ya Dönüş*, which is part way through the
combined verse text.
