[sword-devel] Font size specification inside <divinename></divinename>

As Jonathan has explained, this is about the tetragrammaton and marking it up is not a matter of niceness, but carries serious meaning. How to render it is a matter entirely separate and  might require thought in a fair number of situations. 

But we should enable such thought and not preempt it.
