Or an offer of where the source for it may be acquired from and a  
prominent notice and offer of such and...

Suffice it to say there are several ways to fulfill the requirements  
and we won't know of they were fulfilled until we find where it was  
purchased.

I presume someone has actually answered the user's question amidst all  
this consternation?
