[sword-devel] Bela module in CrossWire Experimental

The CrossWire Experimental repository includes the module called Bela (the
Belarusian Bible translation by Vasiliy A. Semukha).

The install manager in BD shows that the module was updated to v1.0.1 for
minor corrections to the .conf file.

The install manager in Xiphos still downloads v1.0 of the Bela module.  This
needs fixing.
