Other sources of cross-references:
The TSK has a fairly rich and detailed set of cross-references, though I'm
not sure how useful it is without the verses being linked to the particular
word(s) that form the theme rather than a huge list for the entire verse.
OpenBible.info has a collection of cross-references (I think mostly derived
from the TSK). http://www.openbible.info/labs/cross-references/.
As a generalisation, if all we are dealing with are a set of
cross-references for a verse, what benefit is gained from making it part of
an individual Bible rather than a commentary? Better display in frontends?
Localised references? [I sometimes wonder whether we should be allowing
that for all books anyway]
