ISO-639-3 is a changing set of codes.
Take a look at the retirements of code.
These all changed on 2009-01-16.
As you can see from the year on the files, the name was correct for the 

> ckw (from ckw_WBTI_1996)
replaced with cak.
> cti (from cti_BL_1976)
replaced with ctu.

replaced with mam

replaced with mam

replaced with quc

replace with tzo
