[sword-devel] IRC access using "web only" network access (Was: Re: iPhone developers?)

TOR is blocked ;) Tried that my first week of school. There are ways  
of getting out if you have leveraged access (which is not hard to  
get), but like I said I'll just follow the rules. Only a few weeks left.
