[sword-devel] SwordReader - gui vs simplegui

I would like to propose that it is time to shed the gui project and 
rename the simplegui project to SwordReader. I understand why these two 
existed along side each other but having to maintain the two projects is 
going to get frustrating over time. I am in the process of reorganizing 
the structure of the code and now is a great time to do this. Any 
objections?
