According to Tigran, it is Dr Eric S. Gabe's revision of Dr Einspruch's
translation.
This is the one published in 1959. There was an earlier 1941 USA limited
edition.

1994 Eric Sigurd Gabe (1915-), as in
[The New Testament in Hebrew and Yiddish] / Yiddish translation by Dr. Henry
Einspruch, revised by Eric S. Gabe.

This work is not in the current list of publications on the SDHS website, so
it is probably out of print.

SDHS is now called "Light for Israel", though some of their web pages still
sport the original name.

Eric S. Gabe was also the author of "Macht und Religion".
The page below gave some author details in German, for which an English
translation is:
"The author: Eric Sigurd Gabe was born in 1915 in Czernowitz. He studied
German literature, theology and philosophy at the University of London, and
was from 1955 to 1960 lecturer at St. Aidan's Theological College in
Birkenhead. He then until his retirement in 1980 as pastor London. He
received his doctorate in 1994 at the University of London with this work."
