[sword-devel] SwordReader - Next Chapter

I have a Motorola Q9m and I have both a scroll wheel and navigation buttons.
The scroll wheel acts as if someone presses the up or down keys and the
navigation button acts as if someone pressed the left/right/up/down keys.

I haven't looked at the code for scrolling, but in the current build if I
use the scroll wheel or the up/down navigation buttons I move forward and
backward in the chapter. If I use the left or right buttons, I move backward
or forward one chapter.

So, I am not sure that anything needs to be added for the SmartPhone right
now. We may need to change this behavior depending on how we address
hyperlinks.

I thought SmartPhones had a virtual mouse?  Can you flick scroll with a 
virtual mouse?  We can always add functions into the navigate menu.  I 
think we will need to build functions into the menus for anything we can 
do with a stylus.
