[sword-devel] How to get vowels in the Arabic bible module?

However, as peter said, I am not sure the people at arabicbible.com
have the right to determine who can and who cannot distribute it.
It's your choice to be safe, though.

I know David had emailed the webmaster there about it, but I am not
sure if he heard back.
