ok. Got the answer, Thanks Mwtalbert. The original perl scripts were
defunct since March 2008 (?)

Ghellings has written something new in August which in turn does not
work right now (probably due to the server move and absence of some
crucial Perl modules).

Maybe someone can make it work. I would be very grateful.
