[sword-devel] Withdrawn SWORD modules?

Withdrawn SWORD modules such as the PorAA can still be downloaded by using
the  http://web.archive.org/ Internet Archive  Wayback Machine.
I just had no problem resurrecting the modules download page dated Dec 04,
2005. 

Is it sufficient to merely withdraw a module that was reported to have been
made without a proper license
from the copyright owners, or should further steps be pursued to close these
paths too? 

What is the legal situation?
