You should also add copyright and licence statements to every file. I
saw the GPL statement in you web page which was apparently copied from
some Sword file. It reads "You should have received a copy of the GNU
General Public License along with eBible program.  If not, see
http://www.gnu.org/license/". I didn't see a copy with the source files
but according to the licence - the real licence text, not only this
statement - it should be there.

I don't know how MS Visual handles the files of a project but for human
readers it would be much better if the code files were in logical
subdirectories.

If you are interested in reseaching the features and UIs of existing
Bible software you can look at the list in BibleTime wiki:
http://devel.bibletime.info/wiki/BibleTime2ExistingBiblesoftware. (You
can even add your own there, I have not found it when I was searching
for Bible software.)
