[sword-devel] locale problem

Hi Troy.

This error is with both, de or de-utf8.

The compiled SWORD library is without icu.
Foundation and Cocoa of course is Unicode aware and in MacSword  
itself we use Unicode strings.
But maybe somewhere there might be problems with character encoding.
I need to further debug what happens.
