If you're willing to go linux you could possibly do a script to generate one 
in Koffice using the Kross scripting engine. I'm not sure how far along it is 
in the released versions though as i don't' do a whole lot of office app 
scripting.

Ichthux includes both bibletime and KIO Sword. KIO sword which allows you to 
look up just specific verses or a specific range and works in konqueror qould 
be the better option for that IMO.
