Thanks for that.  It ought to have been obvious, but I admit I hadn't -

Hey, you'll love this one.  I shut down SwordReader while looking at 
Judges (the bit where the guy gets his thumbs and big toes cut off). 
When I started it up again, I was surprised to be looking at Jude.  This 
is really stupid.  We have two books in SwordReader with the same name 
"Jud".  Just thought you'd enjoy hearing about that one.  I'll fix it 
some time when I've got the installer working.

I fixed the last problem, and now find myself with a file open and a bit 
of code that won't work properly until the handle is closed.  You'd have 
thought that would be simple, but I'm taking an age to find it.
