[sword-devel] Improve upon DSVV module.

I'll add the Statenvertaling to my list. I've got a bunch of modules I'm 
getting ready to post, so I'll get an update to the SVV and include 
that. I'll have OSIS versions ready prepared also, so that should permit 
easier corrections, if necessary.
