[sword-devel] New beta module: GerLut1545lh

Hi all.
I just released a new module in the beta area. It's the German Luther Bible 
1545, which has the real spelling (unlike the current GerLut1545 module, 
which is not what it says it is). 
I received permissions to use it from those who typed the text.
