David, could you try adding  and sizing a few region boxes, and then use 
your mouse wheel to zoom the  image in and out?  On my copy of IE, the 
boxes neither position  themselves nor size correctly with the image.

I added three regions, moved them around, resized them, and zoomed in and  
out with the mouse wheel.  It all worked very smoothly.
