[sword-devel] OSIS support

Just committed some updates to our OSIS conversion filters and tools.  I 
think they're able to export valid OSIS from most markup types now.  I 
recently was successful in exporting WHNU ThML module with variant and 
word markup and it validated.  I used seg for marking variants.

I think our export and import tools will go full circle on a document 
now.  My last test adds some whitespace in certain cases, which I'd like 
to find and fix, but a diff ignoring whitespace showed no differences 
between a 2nd and 3rd generation export.

This is only in SVN HEAD.
