[sword-devel] STEP Specification

I went looking for the STEP specification but sadly the link on the
Developer's Quick Start page http://crosswire.org/sword/develop/index.jsp
gave me a "Not Found" page instead. The link is resolving to
http://www.crosswire.org/bsisg/

A Google search turns up some postings to this or other lists about the
format but doesn't find the specs themselves. I know the specs used to be
somewhere on www.crosswire.org because I downloaded them. So did the
specification get moved/deleted/forgotten?
