I just check the filter,

it's line 312 in gbfosis.cpp which reads:
    // from++; //this line removes chars after an apostrophe! Needs fixing.

so the fix is in CVS.
But only Troy knows what this line should do really. I guess to remove make 
quotes right in OSIS. But this doesn't work in the modules as we could see.
