Inquiring (newbie) minds want to know:
* Is there a task list or todo list available?
* Given my experience and skill-set, where could I help out?

As you may have inferred from the cascade of my posts lately, I'm trying to
get up to speed about sword. Eventually, my "agenda" is to contribute a
Scripture memorization module to sword.

In the near-term, I'd appreciate some direction and coaching where I could
help out. I looked around a little, but didn't find anything that seemed
like an up-to-date task list.

Some info about me:
* semi-retired programmer who has been abudantly blessed, and wants to "give
something back"
* developer of simplistic InVerse Scripture memorization freeware using
VisC++ 6.0 with MFC 4.2 and nsis 1.98
* previous unreleased version of InVerse written in Java 1.1
* previous unreleased version of InVerse written in Access-97 with vba
* experience and strong affinity for XP (extreme programming) tools such as
junit, cppunit, and VisualTest
* experience with writting user oriented documentation, winhelp, htmlhelp
* can empathize with newbie sword contributors, and could probably write at
least semi-coherent "how to get started" documentation reflecting my current
state of disorientation, such as "everything you *need* to know about
sword-api, and *nothing more*", or "sword-api for dummies"

My impression is that there is a "core" of sword developers and/or
maintainers that have been involved in the project for years. I would infer
that there have been numerous wannabe contributors that have come and gone,
partly because it is a large, complex project that is intimidating to start
participating in.

TIA
