[sword-devel] OsisWebTool: next/prev chapter

Troy, 
I added functionality to the prev/next chapter links. I do not know what the 
current chapter link should do so I commented it out.

How can I check in a better way what the next/prev chapter is? And I I'm in 
Gen 1:1 I can't see that;s there's no previous chapter.
What can I do about it?
