Last night I added containing divs within index.jsp, about.jsp, and help.jsp
so I could add some padding. Did I do the commit correctly?

Whoever will be adding content to those pages just needs to place it within
the appropriate div and use <p></p> tags around paragraphs instead of double
line breaks.
