[sword-devel] Successful windows CE sword.dll

This link should get you there.  You have to download the eMbedded Visual
Tools 3.0 - 2002 Edition.  Embedded Visual Basic 3.0 and Embedded C++ 3.0
are both in this package.  At the bottom of the download page is this CD key
for the package.

When prompted for the CD Key, please enter TRT7H-KD36T-FRH8D-6QH8P-VFJHQ
