Also perhaps a preference that only does one line of tabs but adds
little arrows at the right and left ends of the tabs, to signify that
more tabs will scroll out when you click on the arrows? I've seen that
for managing large numbers of tabs in several apps now... This should
not be in place of other ways of managing the number (and possibly even
order) of tabs that show (such as the language preference suggested),
just an idea for cleaning it up when you need a large number anyway...

Also, pulldowns work better in some cases when there are that many items
to choose one from, so maybe an option that switches tabs to a pulldown?

In summary, the preference could choose between:
1) standard multi-line tabs (what we have currently)
2) scrollable single-line tabs
3) pulldown menu

These are just brainstorming ideas, not anything I'm demanding ;o)
Great work guys! Having too many modules is a GREAT problem to have!
;o)

Dave

That's a great screenshot! I got a laugh out of it when I looked at it
too. Is there a way we could put a language preference in the program?
If the language preference was set to english then every non-english
module would automatically be hidden unless manually unhidden.
