Troy, thanks for doing the update.

I got troubles with LocaleMgr with current CVS.
If I say
	setDefaultLocaleName( getenv("LANG") ); 
	SWLocale* loc =  getLocale("de_DE@euro"); // LANG is de_DE@euro on my system

I get the"de" locale back. An on startup in LocaleMgr the de locale is 
overwritten by the de_abbrev locale! So using getLocale("de_DE@euro") gives 
me the content of de_abbrev back :)

Seems like the map makes no good comparisions, not sure if it's related to 
less<SWBuf> in the locales list declaration in localemgr.h.

Sorry that I can't give more debug info, I'm lacking better knowledge of the 
internals. Let me know how I can help you,
