Correct, nothing is freely available.  The two possibilities that exist 
are:
 
a) working out a deal with someone who already owns a morphologically
tagged text to sell their text in our format--I consider this likely at
some point

b) making our own replacement morphology with something like the KJV 
tagging tool, and ensuring that people don't just copy from MORPH or 
such--which I consider unlikely

These have a rather small audience and an even smaller pool of people 
capable of identifying correct parsings, so it seems like a) would be the 
best candidate.
