Hi Brother Paul,

I commend your work of the WEB for unlimited distribution. As you
develop software with search and reference tools, please consider blind
people who access the computer using special screen-access software. I
encourage you to do two things:
(1) Make your program work with windows 95 and above since some people
use older computers with windows 95.
(2) Make extensive use of menus that can be accessed with keystrokes and
hot keys. Allow for extensive use of dialogue boxes in which the tab key
and arrow keys can be used for making selections. Please attach text
labels to all of your graphics so that the screen-reader programs will be
able to speak the function and purpose of the graphic.

The two most popular screen-readers are Windoweyes and Jaws for Windows.
I would be willing to try to get people to help with any special
assistance in making any future programs you develop as accessible as
possible.

Thank you again for your work. I look forward to its progress and
successful completion. God bless you.
Tim Snyder
