Is thml2gbs supposed to be operational? It crashes every time I try to use
it. For example using  http://www.ccel.org/w/whitefield/sermons/sermons.thm

I do:
>thml2gbs sermons.thm witefield

It even crashes when I try to run a very simple file through it, like this:

<ThML>
   <ThML.head>
      <DC>
         <DC.Title>ThML Test</DC.Title>
         <DC.Creator>Don Elbnourne</DC.Creator>
       </DC>
   </ThML.head>
   <ThML.body>
      <div1>This is a test</div1>
   </ThML.body>
</ThML>
