[sword-devel] Old stuff on the Sword CD

I agree.  I also think it might be a good idea to remove any "extra or misc"
items from the ISO to make the file as small as possible for those
downloading the file with a slower connection.

Thanks for all the work that everyone has done on Sword.  It's getting
better all the time!
