Sorry, chiasma.org is having DNS problems.  You can find the table at
http://www.gotjesus.org/~chrislit/bible/elements.htm now.  But the entry
is called "DisplayLevel".

BTW, the imp2vs in CVS should be fixed now.  I had forgotten to change
those argv[3]'s in the code I copied from addvs.
