Sorry -- due to a misunderstanding between Troy and me, there are some
bugs in the de.conf file. Please find attached a revised de.conf; just
copy it into uilocales.d/ and restart sword.

Kudos to the developers -- it's cool that switching the locale works
immediately! Most software asks you to restart it.
