[sword-devel] Idea: XML=true/false option

Idea: add XML=true/false option into module configuration files. If XML=true, 
it guarantees that a module entry is a correct XML element (probably with some 
preceding processing instructions). Without this to be sure that it is a XML 
module, one need to know all existing types of module source types.

However, if we are going to completely switch to XML, it may be unnecessary.
