Why would it be either of those?  Are we talking about the English Revised
Version (i.e. the first official revision of the KJV)?  If so, it is so long
out of copyright (1881-1885) that it shouldn't need to be locked, and it was
translated (mostly) by Anglican bishops in England, so all but the most
fundamentalist of us should be OK with it...  :-)
