[sword-devel] Beginnings of API documentation

I was wromg.

Here are the correct settings and comands:

$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.crosswire.org:/usr/local/cvsroot
$ cvs login
Password: anonymous
$ cvs checkout sword

I hope it works now.
