Initially yes, that was what I was thinking.  The documentation with the 
NET says that the OT is only a beta version, under discussion, so the 
work of making the whole thing into a ThTM module wouldn't be 
appropriate yet.  And, as Chris says, there is no copyright issue if all we 
are distributing is a set of HTML pointers.  Since I had my onboard copy 
of the HTML JFB commentary working OK, the same would apply to NET 
- just the pointers, and an instruction to download the text individually.
