[sword-devel] What should be in an authoring tool?

I think a DOS based system would be sufficient.  The author could created
some form of delimited text, and run a DOS utility on it.

	There seems a large demand for a module authoring tool (as I'm sure
	everyone else has noticed too). I may have the skills to create
	something to help. But....

	What does a gui module authoring tool look like? Though I haven't
tried it, 
	adding tags and formatting in vi sounds thoroughly sufficient to me.
