[sword-devel] Where's the CVS?

Now here is the problem.  I am on a firewall, and do not have access to
port 2401.  I read about a thing called "runsocks cvs..." but I can't
figure out how to use it.  I type it in, but it is not a command.  Is
this something I put in a file.  If anyone could shed some light my way
I would be greatly appreciated.
