Hi!

SWORD is highly usable!
Please don't flame Troy! It's a free project and everyone commits the time he
want to commit and everyone is doing the thingshe want to do in a free project.

If you would like to see support for different codepages simply start working
on it or wait until Troy wants to implement it.
