Oh, forgot...
For those of you who would rather not REPLY to messages, but just
monitor, there is a sword-support-digest list setup to compile all
messages on sword-support and mail at the end of each day.

Normal subscription means for each lists, eg.

mailto:majordomo@crosswire.org
with the body of the message containing:
subscribe sword-support
or
subscribe sword-support-digest

All mail send to a number of addresses is forwarded there:
# excerpt from /etc/mail/virtusertable
feedback@crosswire.org sword-support
sword-feedback@crosswire.org sword-support
sword-bugs@crosswire.org sword-support
bugs@crosswire.org sword-support
sword-help@crosswire.org sword-support
help@crosswire.org sword-support
support@crosswire.org sword-support

The best way to handle the list will probably be (in netscape) to add a
message filter to move all messages where the subject contains
[sword-support] to a new folder.
In this folder one should probably 'thread' messages (click on the top
left column in netscape's message index panel). This will place
messages in a tree heirarchy. All messages without a [+] still have not
yet received a response.

	Hope this works out ok.

	-Troy.
