added faq to the about page.
added Mike's info to index. I still need to add a few links.
added a link to the faq to explain "printer friendly"
changed "OSIS Web Tool" to "The Bible Tool" in the header.
made a few css changes. I need to commit my new graphics.
maybe some other stuff I forgot.
