What is 'biblestudy'?  These changes were committed once previously and I
saw no reason for them to have been made, so I changed the project back.
Perhaps you could go ahead and justify why they are being made before I
again revert them to their previous state.

These VC libraries are maintained by me, as are three other projects that
link to these libraries and expect them to be in the correct location with
the correct filename.
